The Simtec 15 Year Manufacturers Guarantee is a guarantee of the quality of our mattresses.

We take enormous pride in the mattresses we sell and if, for any reason, your mattress fails, we will replace it.

Exceptions to Guarantee claims are as follows:

The 15 Year Quality Guarantee only applies to the original purchaser of the mattress.

Wilful or Accidental damage to the material or construction of the mattress will void
any and all warranty claims, and will not be considered for replacement.

All claims must be submitted with a relevant Purchase ID or proof of purchase.
